- For a 100 Kg Nitrobenzene formulation , Simply mix 35 Kg nitrobenzene (w/w) with 5-6 Kg FM 50 (w/w) emulsifier, stir well with high speed stirrer for 5 minutes and then add 60 Kg water with continuous stirring for 10 minutes
- No thickener is required. The emulsion is ready for packing
- Viscosity and active content can be changed as required by changing water quantity and /or quantity of NB35
- 60 kg emulsifier is sufficient for 1000 Kg thick, Cream nitrobenzene 35% emulsion
